INSIDER TRADING — Manhattan directors buy and sell shares

Two directors of Manhattan Minerals (TSE) bought and sold shares in October and November.

According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, senior officer and director Peter Tegart sold 62,000 shares at $1.55-1.62 to hold 471,750 shares.

Director and senior officer Robert Willis purchased 49,600 shares at $1.50-1.70 and sold 153,000 shares at $1.60 to hold 826,500 shares. Other transactions include:

Altai Resources (TSE) — Niyazi Kacira, director and senior officer, bought 10,000 shares at 75 cents to hold 1.8 million shares.

Black Swan Gold Mines (TSE) — Arthur Fisher, director, sold 195,500 shares at 14-16 cents, to hold 1.5 million shares.

Caledonia Mining (TSE) — Walter Forrest, director, sold 45,000 shares at $9.50-12.38 to hold 35,000 shares. Michael Foster, senior officer, sold 100,000 shares at $9.25-12.75 to hold zero shares.

Dia Met Minerals (TSE) — David Mackenzie, director, was granted 125,000 options at $13.37 to hold 125,000 options.

Diamond Fields Resources (TSE) — Beverly Downing, senior officer, bought 10,000 shares at 50 cents, sold 10,000 shares at $7.00-8.13 and was granted 15,000 options at an undisclosed price to hold zero shares and 40,000 options. Findore Minerals (CDN) — Drew Currah, director and senior officer, bought 175,000 shares at 15-27 cents to hold 175,000 shares.
