According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, senior officer and director David Crombie bought 5,000 shares at 65 cents to hold 4.9 million shares; director Peter Deeks bought 39,000 shares at 60-70 cents to hold 54,000 shares; and director Alan Ferry bought 3,000 shares at 60 cents to hold 48,000 shares.

Antares Mining & Exploration (TSE) — John Theobald, senior officer, exercised 8,500 options at 40 cents, and sold 8,500 shares at 85-87 cents to hold no shares.
Brunswick Mining & Smelting (TSE) — Michel Garon, senior officer, sold 1,500 shares at $11.00 to hold 1,500 shares.
Caledonia Mining (TSE) — Walter Forrest, director, sold 10,000 shares at $7.00-8.50 to hold 80,000 shares.
Consolidated Ramrod Gold (TSE) — Karl Rollke, director and senior officer, sold 6,500 shares at $6.00-6.38 to hold 2.4 million shares.
First Dynasty Mines (TSE) — Frederick Park, director, was granted 50,000 options at $2.47 to hold 50,000 options.
Golden Star Resources (TSE) — Carlos Bertoni, senior officer, was granted 25,000 options at $16.20 to hold 75,000 options.
Louvem Mines (ME) — Jean-Guy Rivard, director, bought 20,000 shares at 47 cents to hold 20,000 shares.
Miramar Mining (TSE) — Stephen Quin, senior officer and director, was granted 168,000 options at $5.88 to hold 530,000 options.
Northgate Exploration (TSE) — Patrick Downey, senior officer and director, bought 2,500 shares at $1.00-1.50 to hold 9,000 shares.
Pan American Minerals (TSE) — John Wright, director and senior officer, sold 27,000 shares at $4.30-4.47 to hold 168,000 shares.
