According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, director Robert Cudney exercised 50,000 options at 35-65 cents and sold 50,000 shares at $1.80 to hold 89,040 shares.
Paul Stein, senior officer, exercised 10,000 options at 65 cents and sold 10,000 shares at $1.85 to hold zero shares and zero options. Other transactions in May and June include:
