INSIDER TRADING — Goldbelt officers active

Three officers of Goldbelt Resources (TSE) bought and sold shares in September and October.

According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, senior officer and director Michael Muzylowski bought 54,400 shares at $1.25-1.49 and sold 39,800 at $1.30-1.50 to hold 534,825 shares.

Director and senior officer Lloyd Halvorson bought 6,300 shares at $1.05-1.10 to hold 6,300 shares.

Senior officer Robert Swenarchuk bought 18,800 shares at $1.28-1.49 and sold 6,500 at $1.25-1.45 to hold 21,500 shares.
