INSIDER TRADING — Directors of Northfield complete share transactions

Two directors of Northfield Minerals (TSE) bought and sold shares in February.

According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, director Robert Cudney sold 13,500 shares at 75-78 cents to hold 83,600 shares.

Director and senior officer Thomas Larsen bought 27,500 shares at 68-73 cents and sold 3,500 shares at 74-80 cents to hold 375,831 options.
