* Cameco (CCO-T) — Bernard Michel, officer, exercised 4,750 options at $31 and 7,750 options at $27.50 to hold 42,500 shares and 125,000 options.
* Dia Met Minerals (DMM.B-T) — George Poling, director, sold 32,000 shares at $25.25-26.25 to hold 278,115 shares.
* Fancamp Resources (FNM-V) — Taylor Cahill, director, privately sold 575,000 shares at 16cents to hold 815,000 shares indirectly. Kelley Goulielmos, owner of more than 10%, privately sold 575,000 shares at 16cents to hold 815,000 shares indirectly.
* Kinross Gold (K-T) — Robert Buchan, officer, exercised 250,000 options at $1.40 to hold 277,761 shares and 1.75 million options. John Huxley, director, exercised 80,000 options at $1.40 to hold 85,000 shares and 75,000 options.
Vengold (VEN-T) — National Provident Fund of Papua New Guinea, owner of more than 10%, bought or acquired 429,400 shares at $1.40 to hold 19.5 million shares.
Windara Minerals (WRA-T) — Donald Fraser, senior officer, indirectly bought 800,000 shares at 13cents to 13.5cents to hold 4.52 million shares.
