According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, officer Marc Oppenheimer exercised 50,000 options at $2.13 and sold 50,000 shares at US$8.03 to hold no shares and 1,135,000 options.
Officer Luca Riccio exercised 25,000 options at $2.91 and sold 25,000 shares at $4.25-10.81 to hold 5,000 shares and 75,000 options. Daniel Ross, director, exercised 15,000 options at $2.13 and sold 15,000 shares at $11.25-11.60 to hold no shares and 120,000 options.
