Four Cameco (TSE) insiders exercised options and sold shares in April.
According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, Gary Chad, senior officer, exercised options and acquired 3,000 shares at $16 and sold 3,000 shares at $39.38 to hold no shares. Chad was also granted an additional 3,000 options to hold 17,250 options.
Vernon Kiss, senior officer, exercised options and acquired 850 shares at $16 and sold 850 shares at $40 to hold 1,300 shares. Kiss was also granted 850 options to hold 5,750 options. Maurice Lindsay, a director of an affiliated company, exercised options and acquired 1,100 shares at $16 and sold 1,100 shares at $39.38 to hold 3,550 shares. Lindsay was also granted 1,100 options to hold 7,800 options. Allan Pettigrew, senior officer, bought 500 shares at $39 to hold 10,750.

* Adex Mining (TSE) — William Lowe, director and senior officer, sold 50,000 shares at 30-32 cents to hold 1.7 million shares.
* Bolivar Goldfields (VSE) — Andres Carrera, director, bought 210,900 shares at $1.30-$2 to hold 1.2 million shares. Donald Ford, senior officer, was granted options to acquire 100,000 shares at $1.97 to hold 100,000 options.
* Diamond Fields Resources (TSE) — Edward Mercaldo, director of the company, was granted options to acquire 200,000 shares at $13.21 to hold 200,000 options.
* Glamis Gold (TSE) — James Billingsley, director and senior officer, acquired 100,000 shares at $8.88 and sold 100,000 shares at $12.83 to hold no shares. He was also granted options to acquire 100,000 shares at $12.63. Francis O’Kelly, director, was granted options to acquire 50,000 shares at $11.63.
* Goldnev Resources (VSE) — Prime Equities International (VSE), a company that owns more than 10% of Goldnev, sold 2.7 million shares at 79-91 cents to hold 7 million shares.
Rea Gold (TSE) — Robert Helm, a director, acquired 10,000 shares at 33 cents and sold 12,900 shares at $2.02-$2.10 to hold no shares.
Tyler Resources (TSE) — Frederick Wynne, director and senior officer, acquired 60,000 shares at 28 cents and sold 40,000 shares at 47-53 cents to hold 81,500 shares. Wynne was also granted 170,000 options.
