Aber Diamond (ABZ-T) — Michael Ballantyne, senior officer and a deemed insider, exercised an option to buy 5,500 shares at $8.60 and sold 5,500 shares at $41.05 to hold 1,315 shares and 27,000 options; Lyle Hepburn, senior officer, exercised options to buy 15,000 shares at $13.25 and sold 15,000 shares at prices ranging from $39.80 to $40.17 to hold no shares and 45,000 options.

Adrian Resources (ADL-T) — Richard Fifer, director, sold 816,327 shares privately at 45 and 25,000 shares at prices ranging from 40 to 41 to hold 1.15 million shares.

Agnico-Eagle Mines (AGE-T) — Sean Boyd, director and senior officer, exercised options to buy 15,200 shares at $10.40 and sold 15,200 shares at prices ranging from $18 to $18.05. He also bought 611 shares to hold 167,857 shares and 474,900 options.

Alcan (AL-T) — Pechiney Nederland NV, subsidiary of Alcan, sold 545,889 shares at prices ranging from $41.12 to $41.89 to hold 337,351 shares.

Almaden Minerals (AMM-T) — Exploration Capital Partners, 10% security holder, sold 114,600 shares at prices ranging from $2.04 to $2.24 to hold 2.95 million shares.

Anooraq Resources (ARQ-V) — Robert Dickinson, director and senior officer, sold 80,000 shares privately at $1.50 to hold 29,000 shares.

Bema Gold (BGO-T) — Thomas Garagan, senior officer, sold 100,000 shares at prices ranging from $3.50 to $3.58 to hold 23,630 shares; Clive Johnson, senior officer, sold 180,000 shares at $3.58 to hold 104,392 shares.

Cameco (CCO-T) — John Jarrell, senior officer, exercised an option to buy 5,000 shares at $28.83 and $43.84 and sold 5,000 shares at prices ranging from $77.11 to $77.48 to hold 2,933 shares and 32,800 options; Vernon Kiss, senior officer, exercised an option to buy 1,400 shares at $18.75 and sold 1,400 shares at $77.40 to hold 2,050 shares and 19,000 options; Rita Mirwald, senior officer, sold 5,066 shares at $57.00 to hold no shares.
