The following insider trading transactions were reported by the Ontario Securites Commission in the June and July issues of its OSC Bulletin:

Agnico-Eagle Mines (AGE-T) — Sean Boyd, director and senior officer, exercised options to buy 69,900 shares at $10.40 and sold 69,900 shares a prices ranging from $18 to $18.46 to hold 167,246 shares and 490,100 options.

Alamos Gold (AGI-T) — James McDonald, director, sold 85,000 shares at $2.30 to hold 159,040 shares.

Almaden Minerals (AMM-T) — Exploration Capital Partners, 10% security holder, sold 41,800 shares at prices ranging from $1.87 to $2.10 to hold 3 million shares.

Cameco (CCO-T) — George Assie, senior officer, exercised an option to buy 5,000 shares at $28.83 and sold 5,000 shares at $76.40 to hold no shares and 58,400 options; Otis Goheen, senior officer, exercised an option to buy 6,000 shares at $28.83 and sold 6,000 shares at prices ranging from $77.87 to $78.11 to hold no shares and 41,000 options.

Glamis Gold (GLG-T) — Randy Reifel, director, sold 50,000 shares at prices ranging from $23.20 to $24.35 to hold 2.4 million shares.

Guyana Goldfields (GUY-T) — Patrick Sheridan, director, senior officer and 10% security holder, sold 147,200 shares at prices ranging from $1.60 to $1.75 to hold 633,395 shares.

Hawk Precious Minerals (HWKPF-O) — Walter Brooks and Vance White, both directors, senior officers and 10% security holders, sold 280,000 shares privately at 20 to hold 95,000 options each.

Inco (N-T) — Stephanie Anderson, senior officer, exercised an option to buy 6,500 shares at $17.62 and sold 6,500 shares at prices of $32.75 and $32.80 to hold 24 shares and 34,000 options; Stuart Feiner, senior officer, exercised options to buy 6,000 shares at $18.16 and sold 6,000 shares at prices ranging from $32.26 to $32.78 to hold 18,341 shares and 174,000 options.

International Kirkland Minerals (IKI-V) — Donald Clark, director, senior officer and 10% security holder, sold 201,250 shares at prices ranging from 30.5 to 34 to hold 440,349 shares.

Jaguar Resources (JRS-V) — Daniel Leonard, director, exercised options to buy 78,807 shares at prices of 30 and 40 and sold 78,807 shares at 92 to hold 939,124 shares and 308,125 options.

Jonpol Explorations (JON-T) — John Pollock, director and senior officer, sold 611,641 shares at prices ranging from 26.5 to 30 to hold 1.69 million shares.

Northern Orion Resources (NNO-T) — Robert Cross, director and senior officer, exercised 265,000 warrants at $1.30 and $1.50 and sold 256,000 shares at prices ranging from $3.10 to $3.38 to hold 1.1 million shares and 735,000 warrants.

Pan American Silver (PAA-T) — Geoffrey Burns, senior officer, exercised an option to buy 40,000 shares at $8.90 and sold 40,000 shares at $17.99 to hold 159,193 shares and 205,619 shares.

Rupert Resources (RUP-V) — David Briggs, director and senior officer, sold 100,000 shares privately at 80 and 80,000 shares at 83 to hold 394,200 shares.

Silver Standard Resources (SSO-V) — Robert Quartermain, director and senior officer, exercised an option to buy 10,000 shares at $3.01 and sold 10,000 shares at $12.66 to hold 230,000 shares and 450,000 options.

Stroud Resources (SDR-V) — George Coburn, director and senior officer, sold 774,000 shares at prices ranging from 19.9 to 21 to hold 2.2 million shares.

Teck Cominco (TEK-T) — Caisse de dpt et placement du Qubec, 10% security holder, sold 1.31 million shares at prices ranging from $22.58 to $24.20 to hold 3.5 million shares; David Sinclair, director, exercised an option to buy 7,500 shares and sold 7,500 shares at $24.40 and $24.45 to hold no shares and 70,100 options.

WGI Heavy Minerals (WG-T) — Ian Falconer, director, sold 209,950 shares at prices ranging from $7.57 to $8.30 to hold 161,600 shares; Lindsay Gorrill, director and senior officer, sold 50,000 shares at $7.57 to hold 570,843 shares.
