Lumina Copper (LCC-T) — Anthony Floyd, director and senior officer, exercised warrants to buy 100,000 shares at $1.50 and sold 45,000 shares at prices ranging from $6.63 to $6.65 to hold 300,000 shares and no warrants; Robert Pirooz, director and senior officer, sold 31,100 shares at prices ranging from $8.47 to $9.60 to hold 189,600 shares; John Wright, director, exercised an option to buy 20,000 shares at $4 and sold 20,000 shares at $8.55 to hold 58,000 shares and 30,000 options.
