INSIDE Stormy days

Turbulence is forecast for the nickel market this year but for the rest of the decade, demand should help sustain a healthy price. It was in 1988 that the nickel price went wild, topping US$10 per lb. Producers have worked to eliminate much of the excess capacity which hampered them during the last recession.
