Idaho Consolidated Metals (VSE) said it is negotiating for the acquisition of up to a 60% interest in the entire property portfolio in Idaho of private company Idaho Mining and Development, and a 60% interest in Silver Crystal Mines (Spokane OTC) which has interests in claims within the same state.
