HSK Minerals listed on TSE

Shares of HSK Minerals were posted for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange for the first time on Oct 28. Formerly Homestake Exploration, the company changed its name by a recent certificate of amendment.

The company, under the presidency of Hugh Harbinson, is involved in the acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties. Among its principal properties is the Olive project in Mine Centre, Ont., and the Aloigny property in the Joutel area of Quebec. The company has also entered into agreements whereby it has the option to acquire a 100% in the Gull Lake property, Kirkland Lake, Ont., and the option to acquire 18 mining claims in Teck and Otto twps. in the Larder Lake mining division of Ontario. There are 4,317,003 common shares of HSK listed on the TSE of which 3,560,003 are issued and outstanding. At presstime, the shares were trading around the 75 cents level.

Shares of HSK also trade on the Alberta Stock Exchange.
