By agreement of all parties, the date by which Homestake Mining (NYSE) is to make a share exchange offer to shareholders of International Corona (TSE) was recently extended to June 15, 1992.
The extension was granted to enable Homestake to obtain regulatory approval of its proxy and offer material.
