Guyanor to sell shares in France

Regulatory authorities in France have approved a preliminary prospectus for Guyanor Ressources (GRL.B-T) to list its Class B common shares for trading on the Nouveau Marche of the Bourse in Paris, and offer 1.5 million shares for sale in France.

Subject to approval of the final prospectus, the shares could begin trading by the end of October. The new shares will not be sold or offered for sale in Canada or the U.S.

The Nouveau Marche is a new stock quotation system designed for new companies.
