Gunnar, Mill City to lease gold betin Colorado

Gunnar Gold and Mill City Gold have entered into a lease agreement with Horizon Gold Shares of Evergreen, Colo., to evaluate the Ute Creek property near Idaho Springs, Colo.

The lease calls for minimum advance royalties of $15,000 down payment, followed by annual payments which vary between $25,000 and a maximum of $100,0 00 in 1991, as well as annual work commitments which range between $50,000 this year to a maximum of $100,000 in 1991.

The Ute Creek property consists of 38 unpatented lode mining claims which cover an area of 150 acres. They include the Cecil, Argo and Wallace mines of the Chicago Creek area. This district is part of the rich Chicago Creek-Lamartine area of the Colorado mineral belt which historically has yielded more than $230,000,000 of gold, silver and base metals.
