Montreal-based junior Golden Gram Resources (GRA-M) will begin prospecting its Manyima-Bakoudou gold property in the African nation of Gabon.
Funding for the work was obtained through a $3-million financial agreement with Credifinance Securities. Golden Gram will be issuing special warrants allowing beneficiaries to purchase one common share for $2, as well as a warrant exercisable at $2.60 through an 18-month period. Closing for the deal is set for Feb. 15, 1997.
