The Garden Lake gold property north of Thunder Bay, Ont., has been optioned by Weaver Lake Explorations.
The 3,960-acre concession consists of eastern and western claim groups. The latter includes the Conick Lake gold occurrence where values of up to 1.23 oz. per ton were obtained from quartz stringers within a 35-metre-wide shear zone.
The company is a 51%-owned subsidiary of Goldbrook Explorations (ASE), which has entered option agreements to raise funds for exploration at Garden Lake.
