Spokane-based Gold Reserve (TSE) now owns all of the Brisas concession in Venezuela’s Kilometre 88 district.
By acquiring minority interests in two subsidiaries (Gold Reserve Aruba and Glandon), the company has increased its direct and indirect ownership in the concession to 100% from 91%.
Drills are turning in the Pozo Azul area, where the length of mineralization has been increased to 850 metres. Results from eight widely spaced holes are as follows:
