Globex tests Lyndhurst and La Motte

A drill program by Globex Mining Enterprises (GMX-T) will further test the Lyndhurst massive sulphide discovery near Rouyn-Noranda, Que. Also under way is a stripping program at a nickel-platinum group elements property in La Motte Township, 25 km south of Amos, Que.

The drill program at Lyndhurst is aimed at testing the up-plunge extension of a previously discovered zone of copper and zinc-bearing massive sulphides.

At La Motte, geophysical work has been completed and stripping is in progress to expose the extent of a showing that returned up to 4.6% nickel, with associated platinum, palladium, rhodium, copper and cobalt values. Combined PGEs assayed up to 1.5 grams per tonne and cobalt up to 0.96%.
