Globex hits gold in Dubuisson Twp.

Drill results indicate the Tarmac property in Quebec’s Dubuisson Twp. hosts gold mineralization.

Globex Mining (ME) reports the following best results from five holes: Hole 94-1 intersected 4.92 ft. averaging 0.16 oz. gold per ton; Hole 94-5 ran 0.22 oz. over 4.92 ft.; Hole 94-7 assayed 0.66 oz. over 4.92 ft. cut to 1 oz.; and Hole 94-8 graded 0.85 oz. over 1.96 ft.

The holes, drilled at 500-ft. centers, encountered gold-bearing quartz veins associated with chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite mineralization. The zone has a strike length of 1,500 ft. and goes to a depth of up to 1,500 ft. Other values were reported and variability in grade was high as a result of the nugget effect.

Three other recent holes had visible gold present. Drilling continues, with further results pending.
