Recently accepted for listing on the tse was Geodome Resources, which has completed a final feasibility study for its Sunbeam mine in Idaho.
President Herman Whiton Jr. reports the feasibility study estimates gold production will average 41,000 oz annually for the life of the mine; during the first three years of operation, the estimated annual production rate is 50,000 oz. Operating cost during the first three years is estimated to be $171(US) per oz, and for the life of the mine, $201 per oz.
Capital costs are estimated to be $22.3 million with new equipment. Mr Whiton reports the company is reviewing proposals from banks for the debt portion of the project financing.
