Yellow Band can earn a 50% interest by paying Freewest $110,000 and spending $1.1 million on exploration before Jan 27, 1992. Freewest has also staked 44 claims to cover two copper-nickel showings in a similar geological setting north of Dolbeau. Exploration of these claims is planned this summer.
Freewest has also acquired an option on 40 claims in Benoit Twp., Que. The option was granted by Ressources Miniere Canaco (ME). Freewest can earn a 75% interest by paying Canaco 20,000 Freewest shares and spending $500,000 on exploration by Feb 7, 1994.
