Freewest Resources has filed a prospectus for the issue of one million common shares at 50 cents per share. The proceeds will be used to finance exploration on the company’s Collet-Laberge properties in Quebec Exploration is also planned on ground near Lac des Montagnes, Que., and in Barbard Twp., Ont. Upon closing of the offering, Freewest will be listed for trading on the Montreal Exchange.
