Freewest gets zinc bet

A basal till zinc anomaly has been outlined with dimensions of 2,400 ft by 300 ft. Previous drilling intersected Mississippi Valley-type zinc mineralization assaying up to 3.45% zinc across 6 ft.

Freewest will test four geochemical anomalies, one of which is associated with zinc mineralization. Prospecting has also confirmed the presence of sphalerite, the mineral of zinc, in two locations and a dolomite breccia boulder containing zinc.
