Four junior-mining companies recently incorporated — Augyva Mining Resources, Aurochs Mining Exploration, Deux-Montagnes Exploration and Louphior Exploration — have been listed for trading (symbols, respectively, AUV, AUC, DEU and LOU) on the Montreal Exchange.
The four recently completed their first public financing, worth in total about $4.5 million. The companies will concentrate their exploration activities on gold properties located in northwestern Quebec and the province’s Eastern Twps. region.
Augyva and Louphior have their headquarters in La Malbaie, Que., while Aurochs and Deux-Montagnes work out of Deux-Montagnes, Que.
