Fort Knox plans 2 more holes

Another two holes will be drilled to test the nickel-copper zone on Fort Knox Gold Resources’ (TSE) property in Fawcett Twp., near Shining Tree, Ont., before the company runs out of exploration funds.

Both of the drill rigs currently on site will be used. One will test the southern extension on the zone to a depth of 500 metres while the other will test the depth potential to 700 metres.

The two holes will bring the total for the south grid to 13. On the north grid, three additional holes have tested anomalous zinc-copper mineralization. Fort Knox is currently looking at various financing options for further exploration on the 225-claim property.
