Fin amalgamates with Continental

Fin Resources of Toronto recently amalgamated with its wholly owned subsidiary Continental Precious Minerals. According to President Edward Godin, Fin and Continental will continue as one corporation under the name Continental Precious Metals Inc. (cpmi) On July 9, 1987, cpmi filed articles of amendment providing that the articles of amalgamation of cpmi are amended by altering the authorized capital of cpmi by consolidating the issued common shares without par value of cpmi on the basis of one consolidated common share for each two issued common shares.
