EXPLORATION ROUNDUP — Pacific Amber drills Putussibau

A drill program by Pacific Amber Resources (PCR-V) is testing the Sapit-Setul area on the Putussibau property in West Kalimantan, Indonesia.

The junior notes that this prospect is the most advanced of more than 20 mineralized prospects on the 112,000-ha property.

Previous shallow drilling returned intersections of 28 metres assaying 2.07 grams gold per tonne and 10 metres of 1.52 grams.

The initial program will consist of 12 holes totalling 4,000 metres, averaging 330 metres deep.

Drilling will begin early next year on a second prospect called Semulubuk.

Pacific Amber is currently drilling the Lon Bangun property, also in West Kalimantan. Results are expected shortly.
