EXPLORATION ROUNDUP — Breckenridge eyes Mexican prospect

Through a Mexican subsidiary, Breckenridge Minerals (BREK-C) plans to spend US$1 million exploring La Lajita, a land package in Mexico’s Durango state.

Initial exploration will be focused on a surface structure, about 6 metres wide and 150 metres long, from which a sample assayed 191 grams gold per tonne and 930 grams silver. A second sample returned values of 30.3 grams gold and 118 grams silver.

If the project is placed into production, Breckenridge and its Mexican partner will divide revenues equally, after capital costs have been recouped.
