EXPLORATION — Juniors to drill Hyslop property

Partners BMA Mining (BMA-V) and Cypress Minerals (CYP-V) have launched a 5,000-ft. drill program at their Hyslop property near Timmins, Ont.

The program is designed to test two induced-polarization targets outlined by Quantec Geophysical Services. The two juniors have the right to earn 100% of three claims which are believed to be underlain by the prolific Destor-Porcupine fault. The producing Glimmer gold mine is 1.5 km northwest and along strike of the property.

Meanwhile, in Ontario’s Red Lake camp, Cypress and partner ITL Capital (ICL-V) are preparing to resume drilling at the Durham-McEwan gold project. The partners are searching for possible extensions of the high-grade gold zones at Golcorp’s mine property, 4,000 ft. to the west.
