Experts to give advice on Bill 208

Many of the provisions in Bill 208, Ontario’s new occupational health and safety law, will come into effect Jan. 1, 1991. Advisers from the government and the province’s top employers will give guidance to develop strategies for compliance in a series of 1-day conferences, scheduled for Nov. 28 and March 21 in Toronto, and Jan. 17 in Kitchener. This series is sponsored by Corpus Information Services and the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (Ontario division).
