Exall testing at Santo Tomas

Testing of the Santo Tomas porphyry copper deposit in the Mexican state of Sinaloa is confirming previous drill results and the presence of a high-grade core area, Exall Resources (TSE) says.

The company says results to date indicate the amenability of the oxide ore to be processed by solvent extraction-electrowinning technology and the presence of gold values. Exall has undertaken metallurgical testing of samples from the copper-oxide zone.

Exall hopes to complete in 1993 a feasibility study of the oxide portion of the deposit.
