After having sold 2.5 million units, Exall Resources (TSE) has closed its rights offering.
Proceeds from the units, which consisted of one common share and one-half share purchase warrant, totalled $1.27 million.
Each whole purchase warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share at 75 cents for a period of 12 months.
Exall’s activities are focused on copper-gold projects in Mexico and diamond-gold projects in Guyana. The firm’s Santo Tomas
copper property in northwestern Mexico is one of the largest known copper deposits in the world, with reserves exceeding 1 billion tonnes.
