Euro-Nevada buying Eskay Creek royalty

Toronto-based Euro-Nevada Mining (TSE) is purchasing a royalty in the Eskay Creek gold exploration project in northwestern British Columbia. Prime Resources Group (VSE) of Vancouver says it has agreed to sell Euro-Nevada, which specializes in acquiring mining property royalties, a 1% net smelter return royalty interest in the exciting Eskay prospect for $9.5 million.

The Eskay project is 50% owned each by Prime and Stikine Resources (VSE). Prime is controlled by Corona (TSE). Stikine is owned by Corona and another major, Placer Dome (TSE), each with an approximate 42% interest in the junior.005
