A private placement of 700,000 common shares at 50 cents per share has been completed by Emerald Isle Resources (VSE). Of the total shares, 517,500 will be flow-through.
Most of the proceeds will go toward exploring a garnet deposit near Sudbury, Ont. Emerald recently acquired half the property, which consists of 13 unpatented claims.
Meanwhile, sister company Jarvis Resources (VSE) has completed a private placement of 200,000 shares at $3 per share.
