Eastfield, Lornex reach agreement

An agreement has been reached between Eastfield Resources and Lornex Mining whereby the latter may earn a 51% interest in Eastfield’s Beekeeper claims by spending $300,000 by Dec 31, 1989. The Beekeeper claims lie in the Quesnel Trough, near Horsefly, B.C., and are underlain by takla volcanic and related intrusive rocks.

Start of the first phase of drilling by Lornex should already be under way. The drill program will focus on a geophysical anomaly within which elevated values of gold and mercury have been obtained.
