A nickel-copper discovery has been made by Duration Mines (TSE) on the company’s property near Geraldton, Ont. A drill test of a geophysical anomaly cut 98 ft grading 0.5% combined nickel- copper per ton. Included is a 6.8-ft section grading 1.27% nickel and 0.96% copper. The core also assayed anomalous silver, platinum and gold values.
Duration feels the airborne geophysical anomaly represents a larger sulphide zone at depth. The company holds a 100% interest in the property.
