Dufresnoy plans Temis purchase

Societe d’Exploration Miniere Dufresnoy (ME) is set to acquire all shares of the sole Quebec producer of dolimitic pellets.

Subject to regulatory approval and a satisfactory due diligence, Dufresnoy will purchase Les Carrieres Temis of Riviere Bleu, Que. (between Riviere du Loup and Canbano). Temis is working a calcium deposit surrounding its installations and a dolomite deposit 35 km from Ste-Anne des Monts. Dufresnoy, which will invest $300,000 in Temis under the agreement, plans to obtain financing of $1.3-million and issue 200,000 common shares.
