Drilling program at Sleeping Giant

Project partners Aurizon Mines (TSE) and Cambior (TSE) plan to delineate additional reserves at the Sleeping Giant gold mine north of Amos, Que.

The drilling will focus primarily on the 20 and 30 zones to depth and on a new zone, named 40, discovered north of the 30 zone.

The companies report output of 22,896 oz. for the July 15-Dec. 31 period last year. The mine re-entered commercial production last July after a brief period of production several years earlier.
