Under the agreement, Yorkton will provide for the distribution to certain European purchasers of 1,300,000 common shares of Dolly Varden at 23 cents per share.
Subject to completion of the financing, the company plans this year to conduct a 20,000-ft drilling program on its Red Point gold property in British Columbia.
