A private placement of $1.05 million will give Dolly Varden Minerals (VSE) the funds it needs for 50,000 ft. of diamond drilling on the company’s Kitsault Valley, Stewart area property. The placement will include one million units of a share plus a warrant, with two warrants entitling the holder to purchase one share at $1.25 up to July 1, 1991.
