Diesel conference planned

About 130 delegates from Canada and abroad are expected to attend the Mining Diesel Emissions Conference, to be held Nov. 3-4 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Markham, Ont.

In keeping with the theme of this year’s conference, “The Road to the Future,” delegates will be brought up to date on the Diesel Emission Evaluation Program and emissision research projects in underground mines.

Technical sessions will focus on new technologies, advances in particulate control, fuel improvements and advances in fuel cells.
