DIAMOND PAGE — DIAMOND NEWS ROUNDUP — Glenmore spared legal action

Legal action filed against Glenmore Highlands (GMH-V) by two people claiming to be shareholders has been dropped.

The claim sought to force Glenmore, which owns an interest in the AK and CJ diamond properties in the Northwest Territories, to set aside interests purchased in two Finnish properties and a small U.S. gold producer, and charged that actions of directors were “oppressive” to shareholders.
