Denison now majority holder of OmegaCorp

Having relaxed its conditions to an earlier takeover offer, Denison Mines (DML-T, DNN-X) now has just under 55% of the shares of Australian uranium developer OmegaCorp (OMGCF-O, OMC-A).

The company said it had bought 32.9 million shares at A$1.30 per share on July 16, the revised bid price. It now intends to take up more shares on the open market.
