Denison now holds most of OmegaCorp

Having relaxed its conditions to an earlier takeover offer, Denison Mines (DML-T, DNN-X) now has just under 79% of the shares of Australian-based uranium developer OmegaCorp (OMGCF-O, OMC-A).

The company said it had bought 32.9 million shares at A$1.30 per share, the revised bid price, on July 16. It bought another 37 million over the two succeeding days.

It plans further on-market buys during the bid period.
