Debate to focus on environment

A public debate on May 19 at the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) in Toronto will assess the way mining relates to the environment.

Members of the mining community, environmental groups and academia will air their differences and agreements on the impact of mineral production in Ontario.

The debate will run from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the ROM Theatre. The entrance fee is $10 for ROM members and $12 for non-members. For more information and tickets, phone (416) 586-5797.
