Junior International Holmstead Resources (VSE) will join with Cyprus Canada to explore the former’s Rand gold property.
The property comprises nine contiguous claims in the southeastern part of Kirkland Lake, Ont. It lies next to, and is on strike with, the Amalgamated Kirkland property, which is under option to Cyprus from Queenston Mining (TSE).
Cyprus can earn a 70% interest in Rand by spending $1 million on exploration and paying Holmstead $200,000 over the next four years.
