Cyprus drills Massicotte again

A second drill program has begun on the Massicotte gold property, 75 miles north of La Sarre, Que.

Cyprus Canada is earning a 60% interest from Radisson Mining Resources (ME) by spending $250,000 on exploration before May 1 and by paying $25,000 to CS Resources (TSE).

Radisson will keep a 40% interest while CS will retain a 1% net smelter return royalty.

The drilling is being completed to test for new gold zones within the structure, as well as to extend the known zones along strike and at depth. Previous drilling last winter intersected a zone averaging 0.14 oz. gold per ton over 43 ft. This included a high-grade intercept of 0.23 oz. over 11 ft.
